| Notification of Abstract Acceptance | 15 December 2018 | Authors will be notified of the results of the abstract review, and authors are invited to submit their full paper. |
| Deadline for early Registration | 15 March, 2023 | Authors need to registrar to access early bird registration. |
| Submission of Full Papers | 15 April, 2023 | Full papers need to be submitted via online portal. |
| Deadline for late Registration | 15 May, 2023 | After final evaluation from the Scientific Program Committee, all accepted presenters must register to attend ICM-14. |
| Conference | 10 June, 2023 | ICM-14 commences in Santiago. |
- Participant: Welcome reception, admission to all sessions, book of abstract, proceedings (on pen drive), lunches, coffee break.
- Student: Welcome reception, admission to all sessions, book of abstract, proceedings (on pen drive), lun-ches, coffee break.
- Accompanying person: Welcome reception, social program during session hours.

- The conference registration is open online on www.ICM-14.com
- Students must be enrolled full time at an accredited university and must provide a current student card upon registration to be applicable for this rate.
